For stuck fans, what is your glue of choice. For me, it has to be superglue, because of its feeling of permanence. Contact cement ,second, because of its tackiness and flexible grip..... maddad ;D

Epoxy glue is great. it takes about an hour to dry, but its great to use. Also for sticking feet and heels to the floor is a product called Trapper. Real sticky.

Trapper Glue is very difficult to clean up. Mineral spirits are necessary as well as disposable rags for scrubbing. Also the glue will gunk up anything it touches such as clothing, rugs, hair. I was dissapointed when I used it. The new formulated stuff is very slippery to stand in and the stretchiness was not as restrictive as I believed. The cleanup took as long as the experiance. Just my opinion. MADDAD

Trapper is very hard to clean off. better use epoxy in shoes. Put the trapper on bottom of shoes. The best way to have linited clean up is for her to have on pumps or boots.

Spirit gum is usually used for fake facial hair and the like. Also, there are body adhesives used for things as common as keeping clothes in place to ones used in theatre. If anyone experiments with these, let us know.

I haven't either, partly because I prefer seeing the woman stuck.
What is the rubber cement like then? If it just peels off it doesn't seem like it would be good. Or is it hard to peel off? Does it give a fair amount then?

[glow=yellow,2,300]Hehe, it gets REALLY STICKY as it dries... VERY sticky. If you pour it and walk away for a few moments it makes a great "fly trap" for people[/glow]

ohh that sounds very good, but now the million dollar question, how well does it hold and how easy is it to clean up?

[glow=yellow,2,300] Honestly, I can't say from personal stuck experiance but I can say as a graphic artist that I have experianced all accidents that can happen with Rubber Cement. Including but not limited to, open bottles knocked over and left overnight, the bonding properties of large amounts of rubber cement pooled on a floor with scrap wood, dried out bottles of the stuff... I've tried to pull several brushes from dried bottles with 2 results, broken brush or just plain giving up, I've had to get it out of my hair, off shoes, off supplies, etc.
It also makes great costume makeup if you're going for a peeled skin look or just formed skin, remains plyable and super stretchy forever. The key is, the more you use the longer it will take to dry. Best idea for stuck? Put a thin layer on the floor or object and let it dry before adding another thicker layer. It will help it dry to a nice sticky surface. If you put it on one surface and the other surface and let them dry seperately, you have a better bond.
Hint: Removing it from counters, paper, wood, plastic, vinyl, floors etc. Use a CLEAR rubber eraser OR a glob of dried rubber cement from the rim of the can/bottle and roll or rub it lightly across the surface. It will pull it up with no damage to most surfaces.
"The more you know..."
Gawd, I'm a geek! ;D[/glow]

One of the best things about rubber cement is that you can get it in bulk quanities just about anywhere and compaired to rat glue its cheap.
Ever see that picture of Zoe Gregory Paul standing in that tub of rubber cement? One would think that if someone filled a tub like that and let the stuff set for a couple of days you'd get a pretty sticky trap.
I'd like to see a video of Jessica doing something like that...better yet use a tub full of melted gummi bears properly cooled of course. I don't think that she'd be able to get out of it without help.
