What sort of physical routines do you do to stay in such fine shape? Do you jog or cycle are you into aerobics or lift weights? Are you a vegetarian or basically just eat what you want but in moderation? Do you find it challenging to keep in shape?
Also I'm kind of curious as to what sort of mental exercises you go through besides hypnosis. Takes a lot of self discipline to be a living mannequin does it not? ;D
